We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time veterinarian. WCVC, a privately-owned practice, has been operating since 1978 and we pride ourselves on providing excellent veterinary care in a compassionate and non-dysfunctional, family-like environment. We are located in Berks County, a quiet, rural area with many hiking, hunting, fishing, riding, and camping opportunities nearby. Locally, many shopping centers, theatres, museums, fine dining and family restaurants, breweries, wineries, and distilleries are waiting to be explored. All of this coupled with our great school system makes it an ideal place to raise children while keeping your sanity! With our central location, you can be in downtown Philadelphia in ninety minutes or be standing in Times Square, New York City or Washington DC in less than three hours. Our clinic is equipped with a full in-house Idexx diagnostic lab with dedicated lab technicians who provide same-day results. We also have digital radiography including dental, ultrasound, a full surgical suite with monitoring equipment, central sterile autoclave and gas sterilization capabilities, a fully equipped rehabilitation room with underwater treadmill and therapeutic lasers. Our doctors are encouraged to explore veterinary interests and because of this we are able to offer acupuncture and holistic medicine with one of our doctors, rehabilitation and laser therapy through our Dogs Back In Motion program, and poultry and pig medicine with our other associates!
