About the role Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity in Enterprise Access Management (EAM) Products and Services team for Information Security Engineer 5 for the Enterprise
s Management project within EAM. This project is part of a multi-phase program which will bring stakeholders across the organization into a single governance structure for entitlements management as well as centralize core and critical assets to one strategic platform. The individual in this role will provide high level technical systems consultation, expertise and delivery
Engages on a team of dynamic, strategic thinkers within the Enterprise Entitlement & Role Management program, focused on coarse-grained provisioning of access tied to business, application, or enterprise (aka birthright) roles for the advancement and next-generation maturity of the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) strategy.
Acts as a key player in the building of the framework, tools, services, and governance and in reviewing changes to the technology stack to support the simplification of access management through the use of roles.
Implements a solution to streamline access to end users through coarse-grained roles, as well as creation of birthright roles (or enterprise roles), and enhance business process to support Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) structure for business-to-IT role-mappings and Policy Based Access Controls(PBAC)
Acts as an internal RBAC/PBAC consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.
Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code. Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

Market Skills and Certifications
10+ years of IAM experience within complex corporate IT environments and with enterprise application integrations.
Experience in implementation of Identity and Access Management solution (from multiple vendors like OIM, OIA, SailPoint, Axiomatic, PlainID, IBM, OKTA, Ping Federation, CA Suite of IAM products)
Ability to architect, design, and integrate new IAM solutions with existing infrastructure
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management methodologies, specifically as it relates to Role-Based Access (RBAC) and Policy Based Access (PBAC) control
Has leadership skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
Strong business problem solving, decision making and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Bachelors or Master's degree in Technology /Engineering
At least one or more certifications such as CISSP or IAM tool specific certification.
Knowledge of information security concepts. Deep working knowledge of at least one IAM tool/operating system.
Experience with directory management applications such as LDAP/Active Directory
Experience with relational database management systems such Oracle, SQL Server etc.
Must be flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift
Knowledge of Access Management provisioning, de-provisioning and certification systems, specifically Oracle Identity Manager.
Knowledge around the development and maintenance of user roles. Understanding of RBAC terminology and concepts such as Separation of Duties (SoD) and Least Privilege, business, application and enterprise roles.
Experience with Jira tool
Experience with issue and change management and with associated tracking tools (Remedy, Service Now, etc.) to meet defined SLAs
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project) skills.
Familiarity with project management (Agile or Waterfall) methodologies.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
Strong passion for coaching and developing team members along with the ability and desire to stay 'hands-on' in the processes
