This role will be a key contributor in expanding Cornerstone to the Customer Due Diligence platform of the future.
The Customer Due Diligence platform is a highly visible, high-priority set of applications residing on multiple technologies. The platform is used across all Strategic Services & Advanced Technology LOBs and is pivotal to merger and acquisition activity. The platform is used by 10,000 internal users who are onboarding and supervising up to 1,000,000 clients. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best development practices that lead to a stable production environment, good knowledge of relevant development and monitoring tools, and the ability to work with project managers and provide project leadership when required. This is a very high visibility environment. This application is undergoing a lot of change with multiple efforts going on simultaneously.
Level 3 production support developer for IBM BPM application
Troubleshoot and analyze existing application to resolve production issues
Troubleshoot and analyze complex production problems related to source data, business workflow within IBM BPM snapshots, and infrastructure
Develop and update application documentation and technical procedures
Strictly follow Enterprise change policies, incident and problem management processes
Promote best practices in design and development of applications and integrating systems
Collaborate with L1 and L2 production support teams by offering technical expertise where required to establish clear root cause, impact assessment and remediation details for all critical escalations and issues coming to L3 level escalations
Periodically measure outputs from the controls and bring the findings into main line releases towards application stability.
Participate in Safety and Soundness initiatives, such as vulnerabilities remediation, product upgrades and other remediation effort as required by the Enterprise.
