About Wells Fargo Philippines
Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
The Enterprise Project Management Office serves as an internal resource pool for both cross-enterprise initiatives and under-served areas of the company who do not otherwise have access to this capability within their own groups. The team enables successful identification, prioritization, and execution of programs and projects aligned to Wells Fargo's strategic objectives.
About the Role
The Program Manager is accountable for managing any program of projects assigned. Different portfolios have typically complex projects that include multiple systems and significant diversity in multiple lines of business. The Program Manager successfully informs and influences sponsors and key stakeholders, senior, and executive leadership to promote success of program and/or project performance and prioritization, frequently through times of ambiguity and significant, long term obstacle management.
Partner with Executive and Program sponsors to create program structures to ensure success and delivery to meet business/customer expectations
Provide value-added counsel on project investments that will best meet strategic business objectives
Ensure adherence to the Enterprise Project Management policies, standards and methodology
Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
Consults with business partners to clarify and define program/project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
Develops and revises complex program/project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Creates and delivers presentations to senior management on program/project goals and plans, including progress reports.
Responsible for end-to-end program/project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
Market Skills and Certifications
Candidates must be a college graduate. Bachelor's Degree, any field.
More than 10 years of end to end project management experience plus combination of experience on project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation.
More than 3 years of program/portfolio management experience. Superior project management skills. Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Experience working on large-scale organizational change initiatives. Experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
Candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Must be willing to work on the night shift.
