The BHDS Group, is a Dallas-based consulting firm specializing in construction management as an advisor /owner’s representative, has an immediate opening (part time or full time) for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with high-end residential and commercial project experience.
This position may be contract or BHDS employment. Work is based in the DFW area.
The candidate should be capable of assisting in overseeing all phases of project development including pre-design, design, procurement, construction and post construction.
The candidate should be able to assist in preparing and executing a management plan including project controls for time, cost, scope and quality.
The candidate should have the capacity of assisting with all aspects of a project including; preparation of a master budget and schedule; design and engineering consultants and agreements; permitting; contractor solicitation and bidding; owner-contractor construction contracts; procurement; construction observation and reporting; review requests for payment; change order management; RFI & submittal tracking; quality assurance; progress reports; conflict resolution; project closeout.
A degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering required. Excellent communication and people skills; Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project proficiency.
Salary is negotiable based upon experience
