Executes and leads analysis by strategically sourcing products, researching market intelligence and preparing cost benefit analyses.
Identifies opportunities, prioritizes inputs, and develops a project plan with timeline and resources in alignment with enterprise goals and objectives.
Responsible for successful implementation and sustainability of initiatives as assigned. Fosters enterprise-wide collaboration by facilitating meetings, networking across departments, managing all stakeholder interests, providing pertinent information, and driving decisions.
Executes in-depth analyses to develop or recommend outcomes and various scenarios in alignment with the enterprise strategy and visions. Acts as a fiscal steward for enterprise resources.
Ensures enterprise savings goals are achieved through skillful and successful negotiations, contract management, and standardization.
* High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred.
* Certified PM preferred
* 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area (IT or Supply Chain)
* SCRUM master experience or experience working in an Agile PM environment
* Proven working experience in project management
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and techniques
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
Will be responsible for managing supply chain informatics projects to include the following.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Delegate project tasks and hold teams accountable for on-time deliverables.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with team members as well as other staff members
Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge of Software development
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Lawson)
