Wholesale Portfolio Delivery is seeking a Program Director that will thrive on being at the forefront of critical change solutions and will work collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional execution teams to deliver against a comprehensive strategy. In Wholesale's most critical and highly complex programs, this leader will oversee alignment of all disciplines in matrixed environment & develop a relationship management strategy that identifies and defines stakeholder needs while classifying at risk stakeholders & potential barriers to delivery. This incumbent will focus on behavior and execute change capabilities so leaders and organization embrace, enact and execute change. This leader must validate everyone is driving towards a shared vision (connect the dots between objectives/tactical execution).
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
5+ years of leadership experience
