Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
It's an exciting time to be a part of the Enabling Capabilities team in Wells Fargo's Supply Chain and Third Party Center of Excellence. This newly created position will help transform TPCOE sourcing and contracting processes through support of several change management initiatives.
The position will report into the Enabling Capabilities - Sourcing and Contracts Manager within the Supply Chain/Third Party Center of Excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing a variety of programs and initiatives, including (but not limited to) process improvement, design and oversight of a training program for Strategic Sourcing Consultants.
Implementing programs, services and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Tracking and evaluating performance of programs services and initiatives.
Ensuring plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Maintaining process documentation and artifacts through effective change management.
4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
2+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience
2+ years of change management experience
2+ years of process design or improvement experience
1+ year of financial services industry experience
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Microsoft Visio experience
Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
