Lead and drive the planning, delivery and management of marketing content across different brands
Working with senior stakeholders globally across the business regionally to develop a clear content strategy across websites, customer communications, platforms, and application forms in alignment with brand proposition
Manage and retain the editorial team as well as a network of freelance content producers
Oversee editorial operations including the voice, tone, and creative development of content.
Identify localized content trends and opportunities to increase market share, leverage and promote events, and create and support media partnerships
Measure content performance and optimise within customer journeys to assist in acquisition, retention and engagement of clients
Develop, maintain and communicate the content roadmap and tactical plan to stakeholders globally in steering meetings and other forums.
Skills, Competencies and Experience required:
10+ years' experience working within Content Strategy and a comprehensive understanding of the leveraged trading sector including spread betting and CFDs
Video content expertise
Strong ecommerce and digital marketing experience
Previous experience managing a team of content producers and freelancers
Thrives working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
