The Role Responsibilities
Work with relevant stakeholders in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to deliver the Model Risk Programme
Project Manage a number of workstreams identified under the programme
Work with ITO and Risk and Analytics team on the Model Risk platforms to deliver the relevant components of the MRMSEP Programme
Be an interface between ERM teams to ensure all milestones are captured
Run working groups as necessary under the programme ensuring that at all times the project adheres to internal PM standards under ePMO.
Provide written and verbal updates as required in various governance committees
Work closely with Agile scrums and groups to track and monitor deliverables
Take steps to remediate projects where necessary

High level knowledge of change management and project management
Experience across Credit Models, data analytics, machine learning
Strong communication skills, ability to tailor messages to the audience and influence stakeholders.
Possess a driven, can-do attitude and proactive in stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders' teams and functions.
Experience & Skills:
Strong preference for functional knowledge within 'IFRS9' and Credit domain.
Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to identify stakeholders and ensure appropriate engagement.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management
Proven track-record of managing and delivering change in a Regulatory project environment
Excellent stakeholder management experience across multiple streams - business users, technology, finance, data
Ability to present complex information in a succinct manner to senior management
Ability and experience of managing delivery in an Agile project environment
Understanding of SAS and experience in writing and executing complex SAS queries is desirable
Strong analytical and conceptualisation skills, with a view to adopting or establishing industry best practices
Focused and organised, with ability to prioritise and deliver effectively
Bachelors/Master's Degree in Banking / Finance / Management from a well-reputed university.
