In collaboration with the Assistant Director of Digital Communications, execute digital recruitment efforts. Digital recruitment efforts include managing email communication streams for nine distinct target audiences, as well as texting, videos and social media posts. Review and analyze data from the results of the various digital marketing efforts and make recommendations on revisions. In addition, the position is responsible for managing the portal and online reservations in the CRM for events and programs associated with the admission recruitment efforts
Under the supervision of the Director, execute electronic recruitment efforts including CRM management, broadcast emails, video, social media, application generation, online inquiry forms, live chats, texting, online events, and electronic support services.
Contribute to each phase of the admission funnel and support the traditional recruitment efforts of the undergraduate, graduate, weekend/evening college, and enhancements of existing marketing efforts.
Develop and execute social media strategy that support MSMU's mission, educational programs, brand and recruitment.
Identify and use social media management tools and track social media performance metrics to enhance and inform social media strategies.
Implement components of recruitment and marketing plan calling for use of digital recruitment tools and outreach communications in each of the University admission areas.
Participate in review of data from the results of the various digital marketing efforts and make recommendations to the Director on revisions.
Seek out new tools, solutions and technologies at conferences to aid in the enrollment and marketing efforts of the Undergraduate, Graduate, Weekend and Online admission areas.
Collaborate with internal IT staff as well as outside tech support who are building interfaces and integration software solutions for use in the SIS as well as development of the CRM.
Make basic edits and updates to the web pages associated with each of the University admission areas.
Working knowledge of the structure of college admissions and of public and private high school counseling. Strong working knowledge of html and basic computer programming, website development and social media.
Abilities and Skills:
Effectively manage multiple projects and follow through to completion. Work with outside vendors and multiple internal offices. Work well independently and as a part of a team. High energy level. Patient and flexible. Effectively and efficiently assess problems and generate appropriate solutions. Creative problem solver. Analytical and able to make sound judgments/ decisions. Communicate and present information clearly to people at various levels. Excellent organization and prioritization, html and web site editing, oral/written communication, interpersonal, public relations and presentation skills.
Bachelor of Arts degree, preferably from a small liberal arts institution.
Two to three years' experience working in the enrollment field. Extensive knowledge of online recruiting applications, internet marketing and social media
