Job Summary: The Manager will be part of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team that oversees the Group's third-party risk and operational risk events reporting. The team is responsible for establishing Group-wide policies, developing risk measurement, analysis and monitoring the Group's operational risk profile. The Manager will work with various stakeholders (i.e. subsidiaries, business and line departments in the Bank) to ensure that the Group operational risk event reporting process is carried out effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities: Management of Group Operational Risk Events (ORE) Reporting: 1. Manage the Group ORE reporting process 2. Analyse and provide insights on the Group operational risk event data 3. Prepare regulatory reports relating to ORE 4. Provide guidance and support to Business Units across the Group on ORE matters 5. Review and maintain the Group Operational Risk Event Reporting Policy and Procedures 6. Provide oversight on the alignment of Group Operational Risk Event Reporting Policy and Procedures across the Group 7. Execute ORE data quality checks 8. Review and maintain the ORE eLearning training module 9. Lead / Participate in ORM digital transformation projects
Qualifications 1. At least 8 years working experience in Operational Risk Management 2. Strong knowledge in the operational risk event management and reporting will be an added advantage 3. Strong analytical and data management skills 4. Strong inter-personal, presentation and project management skills 5. Possesses positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high energy environment that is deadline driven and goal-oriented 7. Good team player and works well under pressure 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Business Analytics software (e.g Power BI)
