We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team asSenior Debt Work Out Specialist - Wealth and Personal Banking.
Support, determine or initiate appropriate actions to ensure the efficient and effective progression of a specific Collections process flow or multiple Collections process flows under Retails Banking, e.g. Credit Card, unsecured Personal Loan, Overdrafts, Mortgage and other unsecured lending in order to deliver a professional service to our customers
Ensure the integrity of the process flow(s) across assigned function(s), whilst optimising the designed output in order to contribute to help our customers resolve their delinquency problems, and by doing so, creates a favourable opinion of our organisation and an increased willingness to repay their commitments
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and Collections Operations policies and procedures
Pursue delinquency and charge-off accounts by making telephone calls, understand customer's situation, negotiate and arrangement suitable treatment for those customers who are facing financial problems
Handle outbound and inbound collection calls under auto-dialer environment.
Handle customer's feedback and complaints in relation to Collection actions and 3^rd Party Collection Agencies ("DCA")
Handle DCA case assignment and relation operations
University graduate or candidate with proven knowledge in credit control
With experience within the banking and financial sector and knowledge in collections process flow and collections system
With good command of English and Cantonese
Confident in handling outbound and inbound collections calls and possesses good negotiation skills
