Participates the planning, research, and implementation of strategic business projects and initiatives. Liaises with cross-functional teams that represent business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs. Researches and analyzes industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest. Conducts evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on product and service improvement opportunities. Responsible for managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Tracks and communicates progress and status of tasks and projects. Develops materials use to present and communicate key findings and recommendations. Collaborates with various functional areas and stakeholders across all levels to ensure support and success of key business projects and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or comparable, progressive experience
5+ years’ progressive experience in area of focus preferred
Familiarity with working in an Agile project management is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must be self-motivated, organized and able to meet assignment deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to collaborate with peers to achieve goals as well as the ability to work well independently
Ability to effectively communicate key findings to leaders
Ability to understand implications of strategic decisions on business results
