The Executive Compensation Delivery Consultant is responsible for Equity Administration and Mobility in Executive Compensation. Responsibilities include management of internal and external partnerships to minimize compliance risk and optimize organizational performance by lending subject matter tax expertise. This role will interact with our Third Party Expatriate calculations, Record Keeper and Share Delivery Vendors, Global Payroll Services, Finance, Global Mobility HR and Global Mobility Relocation teams along with supporting our Executive Compensation organization.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist with transformation into a state of automation to eliminate risk and reduce operational expense
Assist with daily, monthly and annual operational activities of the department
Serve as primary contact for international HR compensation and payroll teams and assist with providing statements, financial reporting and audit support
Assume primary responsibility for review and approval of monthly reconciliations between third party vendor and accounting and finance systems
Assume processing of all international restricted stock releases, including gathering tax rates, loading them into Computershare and sending tax wires and reporting after the event
Assume monthly and annual reporting of equity transactions to international finance departments
Provide support as needed in department for mail box and phone enquiries, beneficiary and 1099 processes, annual FICA collection and daily reporting
Assist with the Restricted Share Rights (RSR) and Trailing Liabilities program(s) both globally and interstate
Maintains high level knowledge of Global equity tax laws, rulings, regulations and judicial decisions
Liaison with the payroll tax department for our Global Equity Award Program
Collaborate regularly with key stakeholder groups such as; Global Payroll Services, Legal, Corporate tax, Benefits, HR, Finance, HR Systems and Analytics and all applicable third-party groups
Assist with management of third party vendor relationships to include processing Expat (International Assignee) calculations, global mobility, Equity Record Keeper and Share Delivery

4+ years of experience consulting in one or a combination of the following: compensation, human resources, accounting, or finance
3+ years of executive compensation experience
Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: coordinating, planning and executing through all phases
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
A BS/BA degree or higher
Other Desired Qualifications
Equity Administration experience
Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
Expatriate and/or International Payroll tax knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of International Tax Compliance
Experience managing effective partnerships with Corp PMOs, senior leaders and external vendors
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
