We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Collections Manager - Debt Work Out and Recovery.
This position is reporting to Senior Collection manager to manage the Debts Work Out function to handle debts restructuring both internal and Industry-wise debts relief plan
To manage productivity and effectivenss of Debts Work Out team to provide suitable solutions to assist our financial distress customers
To manage performance by integrating external collection agent (DCA) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to achieve total target.
To manage performance for all recovery channels both internal and external.
To ensure all our Debts Work Out and Rrecoveries actions are fully complied with our bank's policy, treat customer fair and regulatory requirement
To execute our Global Credit Control Service guidelines to manage our 3rd party debt collection agency
To work closely with our in-house collection functions to ensure our placements are aligned with our Local Collection Manual
To directly handle Debts Work Out and Recovery related complaint resolution process and follow our bank's complaint handle policy.
To monitor and improve external accounts placement criteria to increase successful ratio from our 3rd Party Collection Agency.
University graduate or candidate with proven knowledge in Debts Work Out and Recovery
Broad experience within the banking and financial sector with specific legal experience and knowledge in risk management, debt recoveries and collections system
Confident in handling telephone conversation with customers and possesses good negotiation skills
Sound leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
Strong communication skills - good command of English and Cantonese
