Serves as an ambassador on behalf of the company and our client while interacting with employees and guests. This position is responsible for acting as the first point of engagement with employees and visitors entering the facility.
Responsible for setting a welcoming tone and first impression to enhance occupant and visitor experience and assist with service needs. The ideal candidate will love working with people, have a can-do attitude and a hospitality mindset.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Displays a warm and personalized greeting to all those entering the property; support the guest registration process (as applicable); visitor support / follow-up. Maintains accurate tracking of service requests and status.
Answers telephone in friendly, professional manner. Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner, assist and follow-up with problem resolution.
Inspects the reception desk and lobby area at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure safe and presentable; coordinate video screen content (where applicable); maintain experience/comfort.
Responsible for monitoring client established Temperature Scanning equipment to ensure that all employees, suppliers and/or visitors with results that are out of parameter are not allowed to enter the building; follows client established policies and procedures.
Assist employees and guest with wayfinding in the building and geographic area; connects people with amenities.
Establishes and maintains a current City Guide and assist accordingly with questions regarding local restaurants, businesses, activities, etc.
Develop and maintain positive customer and client relationships.
Respond to customer needs / requests/problems tactfully and expediently, while ensuring effective services.
Assist, as needed, with special event / large group logistics.
Day-to-day interface with the maintenance trades and building suppliers, as a representative of the Workplace Experience team, to fulfill customer requests and support the business operations.
Act as badge and key coordinator for building.
Follows defined security and emergency procedures. Respond to emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner. Summon assistance and make notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
Performs general administrative duties, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred.
Prior Customer Service experience required. A minimum of 0-1 year Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred.

Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor. Can do attitude with an ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
