Application Delivery Services (ADS) team within the Wealth & Investment Management Technology (WIMT) group is looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support the role of a work delivery coordinator. Primary responsibilities will be planning and coordinating ADS internal work efforts and support deliverables. This position will work with onshore and offshore technical resources, gathering necessary information and artifacts to insure work efforts task/resource assignment project scope and planning are aligned and meeting targeted delivery dates. These efforts are high value deliverables that support our (PSR performance/stability/Resiliency) and Migration efforts that are in support of our framework and production environment. This person will be responsible for coordinating projects, support work coordination and prioritization of fix into the releases) coordination with our testing partners, and scheduling meetings for the development team for completion and delivery of technical specification documents.. They will be required to lead the team of resources to ensure all work in the queue is prioritized and supported through expected SLA's and governance, which includes gathering project deliverables, ensuring all technology guidelines are followed and reviewing and checking all requirement documents are meeting regulations. This candidate will be required to provide status and communication to Sr Leadership, any other interested parties and program level resources when applicable. The successful candidate will work with all technical resources to gather necessary information and artifacts to insure continuity across impacted deliverables across the project space as well as function independently for short periods of time. In any given month, multiple projects are active with an additional two releases in either startup or shut down phases. The ideal candidate will possess some project management/coordination experience and skilled in MS Office with high level understanding of MS Excel will be valuable.
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
7 + years of technology release or implementation experience
4+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously
Ability to negotiate and facilitate issue resolution
Ability to prepare and present senior level communications
Ability to prepare management level presentations
Knowledge and understanding of .net
Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a corporate environment
