The consultant's role will be to assess existing workflows, and functionality being leveraged by both the investment, and support teams. Partnering with various teams, the consultant will be tasked with improving existing workflows, and designing and implementing enhancements prioritized by key stakeholders of the organization.
This overall effort will be initially scoped for a six-month period, with the possibility of one or more one-month extensions.
The CRD Consultant requires the following skills, and background:
Over 7 years of experience leveraging or consulting on the use of CRD to support portfolio management, trading, compliance, and trade operations.
Over 7 years of experience working with senior level management, project management, and vendor resources.
Prior lead CRD consultant/project manager type of role implementing 2-3 upgrades or significant enhancements/configuration of platform.
Understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows required with institutional investment management, along with complex multi-asset hedge-fund strategies.
Ability to execute on end-to-end solutions, either individually, or as part of a team effort.
Experience with a multiple market leading order management, execution systems, and risk platforms.
Project management expertise desired, managing scope, tracking issues, and other project related activities.
