We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Assistant Content Planning Manager.
Work with Digital Content team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of tasks coming in through JIRA
Allocate work to team members and manager delivery against Service Level Agreements
Regularly report on velocity and capacity and mitigate bottlenecks by helping team reprioritise
Use Adobe Marketing Cloud tools to review and publish content
You will execute and deliver content journeys across the digital channels, to meet global and local needs.
Provide support to development and testing teams as well as technical specialists across other functions and 3rd parties for remaining Legacy platforms
Lead development for small/medium projects to agreed timescales and standards
Create monthly/quarterly reports on burn-down rates, velocity and capacity of team operations including delivery against SLAs and error tracking
Ensure all agreed deadlines are met or reprioritised with agreement from key stakeholders
Coach various teams on how to adopt the tools and processes and ensure the processes are being followed
Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate
Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in content creation, delivery, testing principles, processes, and methodologies to enable effective task and risk management
Basic knowledge of digital best practice including SEO, accessibility, content guidelines
Basic knowledge of web development practices including WCAG or W3C, and release processes
A working understanding of web technology tools such as XML, HTML, Photoshop
An understanding of development processes and platforms, including BDE, Teamsite, Adobe Experience Manager
The ability to use initiative and have an excellent level of attention to detail
