About Wells Fargo India Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
The Consumer Lending Technology group within the Enterprise Information Technology business consists of Home lending, Auto and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses.
Act as liaison between project management, technology teams and business stakeholders for tax escrow and insurance portfolio
Acts as a liaison between the client subject matter experts and technical organization by planning, conducting and completing an analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying and evaluating automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Coordinates test plans and programming activities.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes to the automated systems.
Gathers data and prepares necessary reports
Organizes and contributes to the content of technical design documentation including BRDs , FSDs and unit testing plans and scenarios
Translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications including user stories and use cases
Agile delivery experience
Reviews IFT test scenarios/scripts to ensure that all aspects of design are tested
Participates in IFT/UAT test execution by triaging defects and validating testing results
Participates in post-production support meetings
Develops and manages internal procedures, tools, and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective support.
Acts as an internal consultant within technology groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical possesses for greater efficiencies
Provides direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.
Bachelors in engineering or equivalent with 7+years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
Prior experience with Agile project methodology
Experience working with business partners and senior management
Effective communication to other technical partners and business partners
Strong multi-task orientation with ability to prioritize workload
Research experience, including documented past experience on evaluating technologies
Solid requirements analysis and design skills to develop low level designs
Strong teamwork and the ability to work with a distributed team
Experience with producing models and use cases to define design and processes
Knowledge of and experience with the Mortgage Servicing Line of Business.
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and resolution Good hands on experience in scripting and automation of support tasks.
Experience in handling complex technical support issues and automating manual steps, and proven record of ability to do deep dive into RCA analysis and finding solutions of complex matters.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English and good communication skills.
