DSS is responsible for applying security oversight and controls to the Distributed Systems environment and providing security consulting services to our business & technical partners
: The Business Systems Consultant 4 acts as liaison between client area, technical organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). In addition, this role will drive stakeholder engagement by managing documentation related to engagements, communication with stakeholders on engagement meeting and its updates.
Supports application integration to SiteMinder and Okta by using strong business analysis and communication skills.
Responsible for gathering of project business requirements and corresponding deliverables that may include functional/non-functional requirements, test documentation, and requirements traceability.
Assists with creating technical design specifications and other project related documentation.
Facilitate meetings between engineering subject matter experts and lines of business, while accurately documenting details and decisions.
Collaborate with enterprise and LOB project managers. Includes change management coordination for service/onboarding effort and business as usual processes.
Builds relationships and interacts professionally with a diverse group (internal or external), project sponsor, seniormanagers, and subject matter experts
6-8 years of Overall IT experience,
6+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering and/or other related discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to grasp new tool and methodologies quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Must be flexible to lead business meetings/team deliverables within/outside of ones shift.
Understanding Identity and Access Management and CA/Broadcom SiteMinder knowledge would be added advantage.
Market Skills and Certifications
IDaas (IDentity as a Service) solutions experience
Experience using SAML in a cross domain authentication/authorization environment
Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: for technical design documentation used by engineering teams
Knowledge and understanding of issues or change management processes
