The incumbent is responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration service to clients and Consultants, while participating in achieving team objectives and KPIs; As well as adhering to internal rules and corporate audit requirements.
Support delivery of Product initiatives and manage product project according to requirements and Product development standards
Analyze Policy Administration needs, review & validate, user requirements from project stakeholders. Review user acceptance test (UAT) plan, results and product materials to ensure project deliverables aligns the project directions
Assist manager to perform Post Implementation monitoring after system implementation
Prepare Mock Test plan, and arrange Mock Test with users when necessary
Work closely with users to ensure smooth policy servicing process
Provide support, user guide and training to end-users
Production Incident follow up, investigation and Reporting
Associate Degree / Degree holder in Business or Information Systems or related disciplines
A minimum of 2 years of working experience of project management or business analysis in life insurance or financial industry
Good analytical thinking, and commitment in project management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentations, problem solving and decision-making skills
High proficiency in MS Office application
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
