The Associate Director, Alumni Annual Fund Messaging and Project Management is a member of a well-organized and collaborative Alumni Annual Fund (AAF) team. Collectively, the AAF team raises $9 to $10 million from alumni, parents, and friends of the College, and is considered to be a national model for alumni participation.
The Associate Director will collaborate with the office of College Communications to identify primary and secondary messaging for each fiscal year. Actively partnering with AAF class managers to identify key messages unique to each generation. Using information to tailor solicitation messages and stewardship efforts to support dollar and donor growth. Other responsibilities will include AAF program analysis, project management, volunteer management, and relationship management.
This is a regular full-time (1.0 FTE) fully benefit eligible position.
The successful candidate possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree; previous experience in content creation or messaging, marketing project management, communications, non-profit fundraising, or comparable experience. Must have an interest in thinking creatively and strategically regarding how organizational messaging intersects with engagement, philanthropy, and volunteerism.
