In this role, YOU will lead the squad in evaluating Operational processes across our client's General Insurance Portfolio. You will work on mitigating risks, identify automation opportunities and optimize internal processes.
Key responsibilities include;
Leading discussions on Operations Strategy, Growth Plan, and post-acquisition integration
Leading efforts to identify, define and select projects that are aligned with strategic and financial goals of the organization
Leading process remediation projects within a country or across the region
In coordination with the country General Managers, developing Operational Key Performance Indicators that can be tracked on an ongoing basis
Providing regular updates to Senior Team on progress, obstacles and plans for all Operations Excellence Projects
Supporting business planning through identification of areas of opportunity, scoping of work and Return on Investment
Adopting a highly quantitative and analytical approach to process development and constant service improvement and efficiency. Develop relevant questions for operational improvement, and work with Data Science team to design experiments to test out hypothesis
Designing procedures/policies and process flows across business models - Digital General Insurance, Brokerage and Alternate Products
