A leading Investment Bank based in the City is recruiting for a hybrid BA/PM. The candidate will join the Finance department in London in a change capacity, working on a major initiative to develop the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure, along with other Change initiatives. The main focus will be on Business Analysis, but will also include some Project Management tasks.
The candidate will be responsible for working with the broader project team to design, implement and support testing of the new operational process for calculations and reporting on the new platform
In addition the candidate will work closely with project managers to undertake some key project management tasks in order to track overall project delivery status.
The role will require business analysis, solution design and testing skills required to deliver regulatory reporting capabilities for a large Broker-Dealer entity
The role will involve collaboration with end users, Technology and the broader project team to define solutions and resolve challenges
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has demonstrable experience on large-scale Finance change delivery to work on a significant and high profile initiative, delivering a brand new end-to-end reporting solution
Essential Role Competencies
Understanding and experience working on full suite of Broker-Dealer asset classes
Experience of working with a change function of a Finance Department
Willingness and ability to be hands-on and proactive in gathering requirements, analysing issues, identifying solutions and testing successful delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely

Ability to positively drive work forward, collaborate with team members and act with transparency
Detail-focused and structured approach to defining, executing and evidencing deliverables
Ability to operate within a global environment working with stakeholders from multiple locations and time zones

Prior experience of AXIOM platform
Extensive experience of CRR / CRD IV capital calculation and reporting requirements
Exposure to PRA and ACPR Capital rules
Experience of working within challenging and dynamic organisational contexts
