The Role Responsibilities
Support the Country Head of Business Resilience and Regional Head of Business Resilience to effectively deliver the Hong Kong and GCNA Business Continuity Program in accordance with Group Policy and business strategy and requirements
Assist Country Head of Business Resilience to provide SME expertise and support to businesses and functions in country on the development, maintenance and testing of business continuity solutions in line with the Business Continuity Management framework and policy
Support the Country Head of Business Resilience and Regional Head of Business Resilience during BCP activations in Hong Kong and GCNA during tests and live crises
Assist Country Head of Business Resilience and Regional Head of Business Resilience to provide Country and Regional Crisis Management Group (CrMG) training and conduct table-top exercises for top tier business and functions against risks
Support the Country Head of Business Resilience and Regional Head of Business Resilience to deliver new initiatives and projects for Hong Kong and GCNA
Our Ideal Candidate
An understanding of Banking Operations and the Regulatory requirements governing Banking Operations.
An understanding of the technological infrastructure and applications used in the Bank.
An aptitude to acquire professional knowledge and educational accreditation in Business Continuity Planning.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills
Good project management skills.
Ability to analyse complex issues and translate these into clear and concise reports to facilitate decisions required from Senior Management.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and with a high degree of initiative.
Preferably a person of professional standing with experience of both the technical and managerial aspects of Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management planning.
