Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA! Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department
Regularly monitor and report the project progress vs plan to Project Head/Workstream Leads
Attend workstream meetings and provide clerical support, e.g. scheduling meetings, jotting down key notes / action points, etc.
Facilitate resolution of issues / follow-ups identified by workstreams of HK Halley
Identify and report key concerns/risks encountered by workstreams of HK Halley
Design solution engine UAT test plan, and coordinate the execution of UAT
Prepare monthly progress status report to Project Head and Project Steer Committee
Monitor monthly project costs/headcounts vs budget, and explain the key variances
Support project head to prepare the budget of HK Halley in the plan cycle
Degree in Accounting, Actuarial, IT, or other related degree
Experience in insurance industry and with working experience of 8 years +
Self-motived in learning IFRS 17 and IFRS 9
Knowledge in IFRS 4 and IFRS 39 will be a credit
Experience in system update/change UAT is an advantage
Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Basic and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and good team player
Good project management skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
