What is this opportunity?
Digital Media is a growing segment of the Advertising Industry and is key to driving the success of our non-recruitment products. This opportunity allows the right individual to be at the center of the action as advertising budgets accelerate their migration from traditional sources to web and mobile devices.
We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our growing advertising organization to identify and facilitate client needs and increase business opportunities. You will be responsible for anticipating and responding to clients regarding expected and delivered campaign metrics. You will always act in the best interest of the client and be proactive in our internal approach to meet and exceed client's objectives.
Support the Campaign Manager to execute full life cycle of client campaigns ensuring successful and timely service delivery
Leverage existing relationships with current accounts and forge new relationships via phone and email contact to grow the business
Assist Sales Reps with retention and growth by developing and presenting solutions that help clients achieve their objectives
Be proactive in solving problems and raise critical issues with the appropriate person
Use a variety of social media platforms to execute your campaigns
Communicate digital advertising terms and ideas to non-experts
General account management and daily support to clients to achieve team revenue goal
Facilitating internal teams to ensure successful launch and delivery of client's campaign portfolio
Maximize campaign returns by closely monitoring delivery, tracking campaign effectiveness and reporting on client feedback
Analyze and summarize digital campaign success across various product portfolio and provide recommendations to improve client performance
Create reliable and transparent reporting on account status
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge, including taking total ownership of client campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with eFC's internal teams
Communicate and present account status and relevant data to relevant personnel
What are we requiring for this role?
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate positioning at all decision-making levels to both agencies and advertisers
Strong analytical skills
Experience in online or traditional media sales or account support
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong organization, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity and meeting deadlines
Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Experience within job board industry or social media
Basic HTML coding knowledge
French language is a plus but not necessary
