One of the newly formed virtual banks is on the lookout for a creative website manager to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the VB scene and work at the forefront of the digital banking sector.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong marketing and product background and be able to lead the digital strategy and website development. The website will be the face of the bank so it is important the candidate is able to create an impactful message that reaches out to their customers.
Role responsibilities include:
Formulating the website strategy with the goal in improving overall customer experience
Manage website projects and project development, plan, track and monitor website progress.
Work across all business units to prepare user requirements. Whilst managing internal and external teams on implementation of website projects
Conduct website user training to ensure best practice
Key skills include:
Strong Marketing experience
Ideally have worked in product manager capacity
Financial services experience
Must be a creative thinker who is up to date with digital trends and technologies
Experience working with the product, UX and tech teams
Around 5-7 years experience
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is a MUST
