Chief Operating Office is a critical component of the Governance Group aimed at providing common, consistent, and foundational software services and solutions to be used across technology at Wells Fargo. The group includes the strategic development and support of core information management services including data technology blue print, common data services, customer relationship management services and customer due diligence services to be leveraged across all technology teams in Wells Fargo to enable strategic risk & regulatory, customer enablement, business automation technology, along with analytics and innovation solutions. Cloud enablement services is another strategic priority to re-engineer of a significant portion of Wells Fargo's large and complex application portfolio.
he candidate must have a solid technology background and experience, to include the proven ability to translate complex technical information into content understandable in business terms accounting for the audience of the information (e.g. corporate executives, business partners, regulators, etc.). In addition, this candidate should possess strategic development, communication, and planning skills and experience, along with proven project management skills. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to build strong internal partnerships while working in a highly visible, fast paced environment. Priorities may shift on a daily basis.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Engages Asset Owners in scope for Asset Management Review Committee (AMRC) sunrise process based on estimated deployment date.
Work with the asset owners to define deliverables and timeline
Bring in the appropriate Subject Matter Experts to meet with asset owners for compliance to AMRC.
Process Exceptions as needed.
Work to ensure all deliverables are completed prior to Committee Meetings for assets in scope.
Work in the WAM Operations group processing maintenance requests for Asset and Configuration
Market Skills and Certifications
4+ years of real-time help desk customer support experience
6+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
4+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
A BS/BA degree or higher
3+ years of Data analysis with emphasis on data quality and integrity
5+ years of ITIL Service Management with concentration in CMDB, Asset and Configuration Management
Experience in ALM process for Sunrise, Maintenance, Sunset, Remedy/P2K Application, Server and Database relationships as it relates to asset and configuration management
Experience with ServiceNow
Python, Visual Basic knowledge
Tableau Dashboard development experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong relationship management skills
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo risk platforms, such as Security Planning & Assessment of Risks/Controls (SPARC),Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Information Services Application Inventory (ISAI), Vendor Management System of Record (VSMOR), Third Party Information Management Systems (TRIMS), Control Review Assessment System Plus (CRAS+), or Centralized Issue and Corrective Action Tracking (CICAT)
