Provide clinically based consultative services and technology consultative services for Telemedicine, and virtual care activities. Support the virtual patient care models across the organization, including development of collateral materials, and the provision of training to clinical faculty and staff.Â In this role, the candidate may be called upon to engage non-clinical service teams, including but not limited to Operations, Information Technology, Compliance/Risk, Legal and Credentialing.Â When appropriate, the candidate will render on-demand consulting services as well as critical problem solving in support of virtual care client organizations.
Work in a team environment implementing Telemedicine across the enterprise.Â Ability to work independently with staff, physicians, providers.Â Excellent time management and project management skills are required in order to successful implement clinics with Telemedicine.
Minimum Education:â¢Bachelor's degree, preferably related in Clinical, Health Systems or Computer Information Systems, Computer ScienceMinimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢3-5 years of strong clinical experience preferably in a Health System environmentâ¢Effectively work with physicians, staff and patients.â¢Training experience. Ability to train Physicians, Providers, Patientsâ¢Information Technology experience (Health sciences applications)â¢Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)â¢Working knowledge of clinical operations with an understanding of the interrelationship between patients and technology.â¢Excellent verbal and written communication skills.â¢Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.â¢Detail oriented, able to multitask, and have a willingness to perform any task needed. â¢Must be a strong, independent decision maker. Project management skills and superior customer service interactions are a necessity. â¢In addition to technical skills, the incumbent shall demonstrate excellent oral, written, and presentation skills as well as teamwork and conflict management skills.Required License/Certification:Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
