Digital Channel Technologies - Content Management System is looking for a Apps System Engineer 6 with specialized application development and analyst skills in the Content Management space. Content Management System uses SDL Tridion to provide customized solutions to our authoring community as well as interfaces to our partner applications. Content Management System provides content to multiple customer-facing applications including the public site and online banking.
We are seeking an Apps System Engineer 6 that will function as a technical subject matter expert and will be required to provide design solutions to satisfy business requirements. The resource will be responsible for supporting the extensive customization that Wells Fargo has developed in the SDL Tridion Content Explorer. This includes enhancements supporting various regulatory requirements. Understanding the SDL Tridion vendor roadmap and product limitations will be key to providing solutions for business requirements. The role interfaces with software and infrastructure architects to ensure the design aligns with the Enterprise standards. The person in this role will act as a team lead and will need to be flexible to interact with development resources onshore and offshore. As a lead, the individual will be responsible for all SDLC artifacts, ensuring that code passes the security gates and for the delivery of all vulnerability fixes of the team. The individual will also need to interact with shared services teams and development leads in our partner applications. Research and resolution of defects in production and pre-production and sprint planning with the Product Manager and Scrum Master will be part of the job. Key performance metrics will need to be tracked and presented to senior management as well.

A BS/BA degree or higher
