TSPA department holds the Program Management Office Center of Excellence (PMO COE) and part of the WFT business that is focused on their partners, team members, business services and projects execution excellence. The team collaborates and engages from the beginning through the execution and closure of the project lifecycle. The team is responsible for facilitating and managing the business services functions and provides governance support across EIT.
This position is part of the TSPA Business services team and will be responsible for providing support for the Technology Site Leadership activities. This role involves liaison between Technology Site Management Team (SMT) and LOB leadership teams, responsible for facilitating operations services and work closely with senior management for development and implementation of technology/operational strategies. Be able to influence decision making by gathering and reviewing information, working with partner functions and recommending solutions to stakeholders.
Acts as the single point of contact for all operational activities and day to day functioning and monitoring of the Technology SMT operations.
Provides leadership in the management of relationships and implementation of services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners. Is able to drive strategic initiatives, is hands on and able to run with least support. Knows which teams to connect with, is a data aggregator and analyzer, is able to put forward key observations and present & implement solutions.
Develop key KRAs, prepare regular dashboards on key operational metrics to Technology SMT and partners to arrive at appropriate decisions and recommend solutions
Co-ordinate the Technology SMT meetings, track the objectives, goals and measure the progress and support Operational Review Meetings. Support the leadership with various processes, coordination tasks, tools, data tracking and maintenance as appropriate.
Responsible for proactively identifying potential risks when implementing change, along with developing a mitigation strategy and plan in partnership with various teams/stakeholders. Is able to design processes or if required reengineer existing ones to meet business demands
Ensure ongoing communications with the technology teams, leadership and SMT regarding activities and issues related to site management operations.
Bachelors degree with overall 11+ years of planning, strategy, delivery and relationship management experience.
Fair knowledge on business process management and enterprise organizations and functions.
Experience in combination of the following - business support, risk, finance, transition & project management and vendor management process.
Experience in problem analysis and reporting, solution implementation, and change management.
Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, and/or other productivity and communications products (SharePoint, Confluence etc).
Demonstrated strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.
