Reviews, analyzes, develops, deploys, modifies and updates Windows, OS X, IOS, and Android operating systems for approximately 30,000 endpoints in an enterprise environment as well as virtual environments. Analyzes and resolves problems associated with operating systems including MS Windows, Mac OS X, IOS, Android and upon occasion Linux. Detects, diagnoses, and reports problems related to the endpoint environment.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two to five years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to architect and support an enterprise level virtual application delivery or desktop environment such as Citrix, XenApp / XenDesktop, VMWare, Windows Virtual Desktop or other virtualization platform.
Intermediate level knowledge and ability managing endpoints via Microsoft SCCM (ConfigMan), IBM Endpoint Manager (BigFix), Microsoft Intune or similar tool.
Experience packaging and delivering software to diverse endpoints. Understanding of self-service software distribution concepts.
Experience in one or more scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, AppleScript, VBScript.
Preferred Education and Experience: ITILv3 Foundation, CCA V, Azure Fundamentals Certification (AZ-900)
