Administration: Participates in administering benefits programs.
Analysis: Know and understand trends. Research and analyze benefits programs.
Communication: Experienced in developing presentations. Participate in leadership's discussions about proposed or existing benefits programs.
Change Management: Supports Benefits and Compensation functions by actively promoting consulting model, skills and competencies internally and externally.
