The End User Experience (EUX) Digital Change Management Analyst specializes in evangelizing our enterprise collaboration technologies to improve the way we work. The advocate works closely with business service champions, Internal Communications, and IT stakeholders to promote the value and adoption of our evergreen collaboration services.
This person is a technology advocate that enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest service innovations, maintains a great network of stakeholders, and finds ways to create value by showing how to be more effective by adopting modern collaboration technologies
Drive measurable adoption (usage & efficiency improvements) of enterprise end-user services through tools, training, and adoption services frameworks. Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of adoption methods and adapt framework to needs of stakeholder audiences.
Create and maintain an onboarding curriculum and to train users on effectively use of End User Services.
Maintain knowledge and expertise in collaboration innnovations occurring in M365 and unified communications.
Develop and grow a champions program of technology advocates that will help to promote adoption of enterprise services that improve effectiveness and productivity.
Research and create guides and adoption materials that demonstrate the value of EUX-Services and coming innovations.
Work with EUX Engineers and business stakeholders to determine the impact and readiness needed for upcoming evergreen changes in services.
Evaluate end user adoption and customer satisfaction with EUX, using structured assessment and feedback (e.g. Customer Satisfaction, NPS, SLA, case study).
Work with technology providers to organize RA workshops or hands-on events to demonstrate EUX adoption.
