| Greenville Veterinary Clinic (www.greenvillevet.com) is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our wonderful team of doctors! We are a 3 doctor hospital located midway between Pittsburgh and Erie with easy access to interstate travel, close to multiple vacation lakes and state parks for recreation. We are home to great fishing, hunting, kayaking, and hiking, but close enough to the major cities for an easy day of shopping, tourism or nightlife. Greenville Veterinary Clinic actively engages with the surrounding communities to provide quality veterinary services. We take an active interest in providing educational opportunities in all animal health topics and support local animal rescue organizations. GVC serves as the primary veterinary clinic for the county humane society that supports 3 active humane officers. We also work actively with multiple other rescue groups on an ongoing basis. If interested in zoo medicine, the opportunity is available to expand that skill set, as GVC provides services to a local wildlife park as their staff veterinarian. In addition, one of the largest import/training/sales facilities in the country has chosen us to provide veterinary services on a routine basis. Greenville Veterinary Clinic recently implemented a comprehensive preventative wellness package option for our clients to provide affordable monthly payment options as a means to encourage better owner compliance of wellness recommendations Do you enjoy mentoring and teaching students, and giving back to the community? We regularly rotate student interns (veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, and veterinary students) through our hospital. We offer all the "standards" of the industry; Idexx DR digital radiography, digital dental radiography, complete in-house Idexx laboratory system, ultrasound and K-laser therapy system. Multiple referral options are available in the Pittsburgh and Akron area for more advanced medical and surgical cases.
