Primary purpose of the position is to process faculty actions relating to recruitment, appointment, reappointment, promotion, sabbatical, termination and affirmative action/EEO compliance for a department with 150 active faculty members. Position will independently serve as resource to faculty, staff and administrators regarding policies, procedures and processes relating to faculty actions. Manage credentialing actions for clinicians, including request for application for initial hospital privileges (OMA), maintain FPPE and OPPE compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
