Part-Time Art Teacher, grades 5-12

The successful candidate:

• Demonstrates the ability to ensure students’ growth in all aspects of learning art
• Is well-versed in the teaching of many visual art courses, including proficiency in drawing and painting techniques and digital arts
• Works collaboratively with department chair, the Academic Dean, and the Director of Teaching and Learning
• Works collaboratively with department members and other colleagues in shaping curriculum and instructional practices in alignment with best practices
• Is involved in all aspects of the school program, potentially including advisory
• Supports the school’s mission by attending and participating in required meetings and events
