We are a well-established premier Facility Service Management company looking for HVAC Coordinators. This position will require working with our national clients and local vendors to facilitate requests for HVAC repair and installations.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and oversee HVAC services for clients on a daily basis
Ensures all service requests and dispatches are well documented, coordinated, prioritized and organized.
Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
Coordinate, schedule and dispatch service calls
Efficiently and correctly corresponding with third-party providers
Resolving customer issues, concerns
Informing customers of any anticipated delays and any additional information needed
Able to meet deadlines
Review vendor quotes and proposals
Performing other duties as assigned
Two years degree or related experience and/or training in customer service, HVAC, dispatch, project management or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Prior experience with the general public, customers and vendors a plus
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
Excellent customer relationship skills
Excellent organization skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
