Build, maintain, and support Canvas sites for an online program serving hundreds of global learners; responsibilities include course set-up, troubleshooting, and providing Tier 2 support though a ticket management system
Collaborate with delivery and learning design teams to improve course experience and program efficiency with Canvas on an as-needed basis
Manage course delivery technologies including Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura, 3Play, and third party LTI tools (e.g., Atomic Jolt and CidiLabs).
Support team-wide technologies , including Slack, Trello, Google Drive, AirTable, and other project management tools.
Communicate and coordinate with other technologists at HKS and Harvard, with contractors and vendors.
Provide guidance on policies and processes with technical implications
This is a fully benefits-eligible term appointment ending one year from date of hire, with the possibility of renewal.
