The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Business Analyst within the Office of Human Resources to support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud through June 30, 2021.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for system administration/maintenance, participating and leading various HRIS related projects/process improvement initiatives and generating and analyzing complex reports. This role provides ongoing systems administration and is responsible for data accuracy, problem-solving, reporting, data analysis, and auditing.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Five to six years of professional experience, including three to five years of relevant IT/HRIS experience implementing and/or supporting HR systems and processes and one to two years of project management experience
Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to meet stringent deadlines and to work independently and as part of a team
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.) products with exemplary knowledge of Excel
Willingness to work in a fluid environment with high adaptability to change
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Experience managing large datasets in Microsoft Excel, Access or other tools is greatly preferred
Ability to help generate relevant metrics to further business and HR strategic initiatives and priorities
Experience supporting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HRIS solution, including integrations
Lean Six Sigma certification
Project Management Professional certification
