Supports curriculum committees, deans, department chairs, faculty, and other members of the staff with procedures and systems for curriculum management and the academic catalogs.
Serves as the primary subject matter expert for Course Leaf catalog and curriculum management modules.
Edits and maintains the University's academic catalogs.
Ensures accurate and timely transmission of data from the curriculum management system to the Banner student information system and the DegreeWorks degree audit system
Programs, maintains, and troubleshoots academic program requirements in DegreeWorks using the Scribe tools and coding languages as necessary.
Collaborates with staff, faculty and advisors to insure accuracy of curriculum requirements as they are reflected on the degree audit and adjust logic as needed.
Serves as a liaison with the Office of the University Registrar and Information Technology Services regarding CourseLeaf and DegreeWorks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Four years of related experience preferably in program administration.
Two years working experience in a higher-education setting.
Experience working in academic advising and/or curriculum design.
Experience with Banner and CourseLeaf.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving, client relations skills, requirement assessment and analysis, project management methodology, context and interrelationships.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
