Having ownership of Business Change and Advisory projects including target operating model design and implementation, front office optimisation, process improvement, vendor selection, digital change and regulatory transformation
Help create solutions for clients on their strategic and operational challenges
Manage, engage and influence key C-suite stakeholders on specific deliverables
Share your industry knowledge and experience with colleagues
Skills / Competencies Required:
Strong academics (minimum of a 2:1 grade)
Relevant Consulting/Change experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking
Experience across Strategy, Transformation, Digital or Regulatory focused engagements, ideally in operating model/business process re-engineering/customer journey/front office optimisation
Experience within a major consulting firm would be extremely beneficial
Be able to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of the financial/wealth /asset management/private banking industry
Hold a strong track record of execution and delivery, as well as being able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
