Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (Bank orMSPBNA) provides deposit and lending products and services to serve the needsof Wealth Management clients and seeks an Operational Risk Manager as part ofthe Banks Operational Risk Organization covering multiple lending productsacross Wealth Management.TheOperational Risk Manager will support the Operational Risk Organization in theexecution of its assessment plan. This includes the creation and delivery ofassessment scripts, assessment worksheets and senior management presentations.
The Operational Risk Manager will report to the BanksOperational Risk Manager and will be based in Coppell, Texas.
The Operational Risk Manager will:
Perform process risk and control assessments evaluating the design and effectiveness of controls to mitigate regulatory and operational risk.
Identify and measure the strength and weaknesses of operational/regulatory controls. Create and maintain ownership of assessment scripts and other deliverables.
Prepare and present results to Business Leadership.
Provide recommendations for remediation through the implementation of action plans.
Participate and support risk initiatives including the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Program.
Participate in business monitoring activities to facilitate Operational Risk review planning.
Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide business partners with risk and control advice and guidance.
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline.
Experience in audit, compliance and or risk management functions (5+ years).
Strong knowledge of the lending product lifecycle.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
