Design, code and test programs for each MTA Agency Kronos System using SQL, MS Report Definition Language and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) in an Oracle & SQL web environment.

Participate or lead in technical design of projects, contributing insights and ideas and proactively address roadblocks and obstacles.
Demonstrate an understanding of application development methods, the Project Execution Process, as well as the fundamentals of requirement specification, design, development/configuration, and testing of business applications systems.
Strong working understanding of installed systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve many problems on the existing system(s) supported and is aware of integration points with other systems and how that interacts with their work.
Depending on the level, may serve as a technical lead or project manager on small sized projects and/or technical lead on large sized projects. Mentors less experienced staff. Provides leadership and technical guidance on the most complex coding/ development, configuration and implementation efforts to enhance the expertise of colleagues.
Responsible for project management, staffing and supervision of the application areas for Timekeeping support across all agencies of the MTA. This includes applications that are part of PeopleSoft, (Time and Labor) Kronos, Unified Timekeeping System (UTS), and Automated Timekeeping System (ATS). This includes the integration to/from and support of on-premise and cloud hosted Kronos systems along with a mix of home grown Timekeeping systems and PeopleSoft T&L.
