This position works closely with the CSMCF/CSMG management team to develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures, design programs to ensure maximum staff performance, and conduct special projects designed to improve the quality of service delivered in the clinical practices.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
* Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures for CSMCF; * Develop an educational program to ensure staff understanding of operational policies and procedures; * Identify opportunities for staff development and assist in the design of new programs accordingly; * Serve as liaison to Information Services to ensure that all CSMCF staff are appropriately trained on the IDX system; * Coordinate the CSMCF Leads/Super-Users into a training team, with specific objectives and timelines; * Conduct special Quality Improvement projects designed to improve service, turn-around-times, and other performance measures; * Assist with the implementation of practice redesign efforts, including the implementation of all scripts; * Handle administrative functions on behalf of the Administrator, including invoices, telephone/data bills, and others as assigned.
