This position will coordinate and manage a variety of training-focused activities and resources in the MyDay Program, to include the LMS learning admin role. This position will assist the Project Manager for Organizational Change Management in reporting and metrics surrounding the training effort, and assist the Training Lead in resource management and the materials review process.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Training Lead in all logistical aspects of training effort.
Manage training calendar.
Coordinate material printing, when applicable.
Assists in execution of SME material review process.
Other duties, as assigned to assist in the successful execution of the training effort.
Assists Project Manager in reporting and forecasting.
Works with SmartSheet and other tools for progress reporting.
Fulfills ad hoc requests / status from Project Manager.
Helps maintain the Projects MS Teams site (document libraries, templates, etc.).
Serves as primary LMS Learning Admin for the training effort.
Create appropriate courses and associated classes in LMS under direction of Training Lead.
Update associated course content, as created by the training team.
Prepare class rosters.
Assist in learner rescheduling.
Mark completion status in LMS.
Associates degree in related field plus one years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated aptitude to quickly and effectively adapt to technologies outside of current experience.
Experience in a higher education multi-media/technology environment.
Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience with MS Office Suite.
Previous experience as Learning Admin for an LMS.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish basic goals.
Must have basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with IT technical experts and management.
Knowledge of project management processes a plus!
The hiring range for this position is $17.48 - $22.29 per hour.
