JOB SUMMARY The Relocation Coordinator is an integral position for the Move Delivery Team within the CBRE Microsoft Account. The position is the primary point of contact for Microsoft employees to schedule, coordinate and provide customer service within the Puget Sound campus. A move could be for one to thousands of employees.
The purpose of this position is to provide support within the planning, scheduling, coordinating of facilities moves, special projects and events. Assists in maintenance of furniture inventories, space planning, and related records / files.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: Managing scope and schedule *
Engaging vendors to coordinate and manage move activity
Creating move project within move tools including setting up spreadsheets & presentations
Creating communications to employees, team admins & move partners
Conducting presentations to team admins about the move process and steps
Creating, formatting and verifying reports
Conducting walk-through of buildings for facilities & furniture needs and discrepancies in data
Creating move maps, labels and nameplates
Running post-move help centers
Supporting MS-Move email inbox by replying to emails and troubleshooting employee's needs
Providing exceptional customer service pre and post move
Supporting coworkers with the move process and being a team player
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Onsite supervision & occasional direction of move partners May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Associate's Degree (AA/AS) and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
